From the office of Cook County Board of Review Commissioner Dan Patlak…
Dan Patlak has received the Daily Herald endorsement for Commissioner of the Cook County Board Of Review. The Editorial says:
“Morrison hasn’t made a strong case for replacing him, and some of Morrison’s charges have been wide of the mark or unsubstantiated.
We endorse Patlak, based on his experience, and his record in helping improve how the office runs and its timeliness completing reviews.”
Meanwhile, Patlak’s opponent is in a bit of trouble witsome past associates, it appears.
7 Mixed Martial Arts Fighters Suing Cook County Board of Review Candidate
That is the headline of Dane Placko’s Fox News Chicago expose on Sean Morrison. Sean has brought nothing but unsubstanciated lies to the Board of Review race and now we find out he is involved in “this nasty lawsuit in kind of a weird industry.” – State GOP Chairman Pat Brady
“Morrison is involved in a series of lawsuits with seven women mixed marshal arts fighters, who say he owes them money from a failed reality TV show called “Ultimate Women Challenge.”
Chairman Brady has called on Sean Morrison to drop out of the race:
“The chairman of the Illinois Republican Party is calling on one of his own candidates running to drop out of a race, after what we found in a FOX Chicago News investigation.
This position he’s running for is critically important to the taxpayers of Cook County. I think it shows bad judgment. He’s involved in this nasty lawsuit in kind of a weird industry.”
